It's sad to see that ther is no picture of Winona Academy. I graduated from that school in 1981 and I'm not sure if it is still there. If it is, could you post a picture?

there may not be pics of the black churches but southside market on page 8 is a black establishment. im white and i buy seafood from them all the time. they have alot of really good choices.

Hi Nan! I live in the old Blackston house. It's also know as The Oakes. I don't have any info on your family, but I'd be interested in learning about the folks that used to own my house. The name Blackston is still on the sidewalk in front of the house.
